Does anyone have any solutions to stop snoring?

Author: I snore sometimes and it makes me not want to sleep in the same bed with my boyfriend. Any advice?
Yes, you can use breath rights, they are little strips that look like butterfly bandaids. you put them on your nose and it helps with snoring. Hope this helps!

Is there a real solution to help stop my girlfriends snoring problem?
We have tried Breath Rites and the spray and neither work, any suggestions?
puresleep.com. My wife is the snore queen, and it stops hers completely. A little uncomfortable at first, but better than all that noise. We both sleep better now.
Evaluation for sleep apnea also important.
I am looking for a stop snoring solution. Over the counter pharmacy gadgets did not work.?
Those nose strips work for me.
