Anyone who snores loudly, gasps or chokes during sleep, and / or has excessive daytime sleepiness should speak to their family physician about having an overnight sleep study. An overnight sleep study is the recommended standard of care to diagnose sleep apnea.
im a very loud …
im a very loud snorer, and sometimes when im super sleepy, i will lay down and not even 2 minutes into my “falling asleep” ill gasp for air, or kind of forget to breath..and catch my breath. is this sleep apnea? im also an asthmatic
